Dr. Awoyale is the Principal Counsel of the firm. He started his legal career with Henrie Ituen & Associates, No 22 Chamley Street Calabar a seasoned Law Firm in Calabar Cross River State as an Associate. Thereafter he joined Longterm Global Capital Limited as Group Company Secretary/Legal Adviser and resigned voluntarily to set up Doyin Awoyale & Co in 2012.

He attended University of Ilorin and thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. Later he proceeded to University of Ibadan where he barged a Master Degree in Law. He also barged a Doctorate Degree in Law (PhD) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka.

He is the Editor-in Chief of Modern Weekly Law Reports, published by Doyen Law Publishers Limited. He is also a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK as well as the Lagos Court of Arbitration.
