Dr. Ngozi Chinwa Ole
Dr. Ngozi Chinwa Ole holds a Ph.D. in Energy and Environmental Law, following three years of doctoral degree study, as an Elphinstone Scholar at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
During her doctoral degree studies, she was the President of the University of Aberdeen, Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) Club. She is also a recipient of several international awards and, grants including, the AIPN 2018 Conference Scholarship Award, Recognition of Excellence in Service as the President of the University of Aberdeen, Elphinstone Scholarship Award, International Ambassador of Peace Award etc. She holds an LL.M. in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
Additionally, Ngozi emerged as the Best Graduating Student in the 2012 Bar 2 Exams, Nigerian Law School, Augustine Nnamani Campus. She is a First Class Graduate of law from the Ebonyi State University of Nigeria, where she garnered several academic awards including the Gani Fawehnimi Endowment Award for Best Graduating Law Students in Nigeria.
She was part of the teaching team for renewable energy legislation, planning and economics; tort law and delict / unjustified enrichment in the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. She is currently a lecturer at Redeemers University, Ede. In the same institution, she is also the Research Team Head, Environment and Water Regulation Unit, African Centre of Excellence for Water and Environment Research (ACEWATER). Her publications feature in several international journals and government gazettes.
