Professor Omoniyi Bukola Akinola is a Professor of Law and Head of Department of Private and Property Law at ELIZADE UNIVERSITY, Ilara – Mokin, Ondo State in South West Nigeria. He is the Secretary of the ENBAR LAW JOURNAL and the Editorial Secretary of ELIZADE UNIVERSITY LAW JOURNAL.

His research interests include Corporate Law Practice, Legal Ethics, Legal Education and research. He is the Editor – in – Chief of African Journal of Law, Ethics and Education. Akinola is published in scholarly journals and books.
